RCCI: 135 Years of Business Leadership
Founded in 1890, the Ruse Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) is the oldest chamber of commerce in Bulgaria. For over a century, it has provided support and representation to businesses in the region, facilitating growth, innovation, and international cooperation. On April 15, 2025, RCCI celebrated its 135th anniversary with a gala evening held at the Danube Plaza Hotel. The event gathered business leaders, public officials, and institutional partners from across the country to honor the Chamber’s legacy and recognize outstanding companies through a series of business awards.
SL Industries: Supporting International Markets through Engineering and Precision Manufacturing
Among the awardees was SL Industries Ltd., which received the “Export Leader” distinction. The company was acknowledged for its active presence on international markets and its contribution to the industrial development of the Ruse region.
SL Industries supplies metal components, complex welds, sub-assemblies, and finished products to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in sectors such as industry, construction, and port equipment. Its operations focus on providing reliable, high-quality engineering solutions, designed and manufactured in close collaboration with clients.
The company operates modern production facilities and applies consistent quality standards across key processes including metal fabrication, welding, CNC machining, assembly, and product testing.
